Brighton College is one of the country’s leading independent schools for girls and boys aged 3-18. The college educates up to 330 pupils in the Prep School and 1,500 pupils in the Senior School across a total footprint of approximately 20,000m² in a blend of historic buildings and award-winning modern architecture.
The College regularly achieves the best A-level and GCSE co-educational school results in the UK, and pupils often progress to globally renowned universities, including 43 pupils to Oxford and Cambridge in 2025, and numerous more to LSE, St Andrews, Yale, Harvard, and other leading institutions.

Rich History
What started as an ancient fishing village is now the largest city in Sussex. Archaeological evidence shows that mammoths used to roam the shores; an important Iron Age fort sits to the north of the city; and the Prince Regent established the city as his recreational base in the 18th century.
Small City with Big Connections
There is always plenty to do in Brighton & Hove, but with the perks of small-town living. You can reach any part of the city within 30 minutes by bus or cycle. But if you are looking for bigger adventures, it is just a 30-minute train ride to Gatwick Airport, and a 50-minute train ride to London.
